Terms and conditions



Please read the Terms carefully as they constitute a binding contract between you and Winsta Technology Limited, a company incorporated under the Laws of Zambia and bearing Company Registration Number 120190009323 with registered office at Plot No. A569, Great North Road, Mandevu, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia. Winsta Technology Limited is licensed and regulated by the Lottery and Betting Control Board of Zambia (license no. 0000946) for the provision betting services to the residents of Zambia. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Platform, Website, Mobile Applications, Messenger / AI Systems, Retail outlets or any other means of placing betting or other transactions. The Terms shall also apply to all gaming via mobile devices including downloadable applications to a mobile device.


“Bengabet”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” is reference to Bengabet Zambia corporate entities.

“you”, “your” or the “customer” is reference to any person using the Website or any of the services of Bengabet and/or any registered customer of Bengabet.

“Mobile Number” is reference to any person who has registered on our platform.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Bengabet Customers playing on all our platforms. By using, registering and/or visiting any section (including sub-domains) of the Bengabet platform or any other application or platform you agree to be bound by
– Terms and Conditions;
– Privacy Policy;
– Rules applicable to our betting or gaming products are deemed to have been accepted and understood with all Terms.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and/or continued use of the Bengabet platform you are bound by the entirety of this agreement and by our ‘Rules and ‘Privacy Policy’ that are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any document incorporated by reference, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

If we make significant changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will take appropriate steps to bring such changes to your attention. Notification will be by placing it in a prominent position on our web site. It is your responsibility to check our site from time to time to check for any changes in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy to ensure that you agree with them. Your continued use of our services is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions. Any bets placed before amendment will be subject to the pre-existing conditions. Any bets placed after amendment will be subject to the amended conditions.


Customer must be over 18 years of age to place a bet or any other transaction with Bengabet and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

You agree to provide all required information on registration. This information must be accurate and we must be informed of any change in details. You may be asked to provide personal information on all our platforms including Retail Shops

You authorise us to use any means necessary at any time to verify your identity and any information that you have provided us about yourself.

As part of the registration and verification process, we may supply your information details to authorised reference agencies to confirm your identity. You agree that we may process such information in connection with your registration and Bengabet’s obligation in terms of ‘Know your Customer” (KYC) and “Anti Money Laundering” (AML).

All information supplied MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. Where this is not the case, the relevant account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, the relevant customer should Contact Us. All bet that are placed prior to an account being suspended will stand win or lose.

All users must promptly inform us if their account is being used by a third party or its security has been compromised in any way. Such account will be subsequently suspended. On submission of evidence to support ownership and required changes to security access, such accounts may be returned to ACTIVE state at the sole discretion of Bengabet.


Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account or close the account permanently.

Bengabet allows all its customers to cuse their own mobile number and select a password combination.
– You agree to keep your password and security details strictly confidential.
– You should change your passwords on a regular basis, and never disclose to any third party.
– We will assume that any transaction carried out on your account is by you. Any notifications will be sent to electronic mails that you have provided.
– You should protect your usernames and passwords diligently, failure to do so is at your risk and expense.
– If, at any time, a customer feels a third party is aware of his user name and/or password, such should be change immediately via the website.

Account Verification and KYC:
Players have seven days in which to supply the relevant Account Verification and KYC information.
The information can be submitted under “My Account” within the Player Account section, information to be provided is Firstname, Lastname, Date of Birth and National ID card number.
Accounts that have not been verified for KYC purposes will be subject to limitation which includes
– Access to Promotions and Bonus Awards is restricted
– Stakes are restricted. (The amount that can be staked)
– Bet Count is restricted (The number of bets that may be placed)
– Withdrawal is restricted; no withdrawal may be processed.
– After 7 Days, the account will be suspended irrespective of bets or balance on the account.

Subject to there being sufficient funds in your account. Bets will only stand if the mobile number and password provided by the customer is entered correctly.

If any customers wish to close his account, any negative balance on the account will fall immediately due and payable to Bengabet and such account will not be closed until the relevant amount owed to Bengabet is paid in full.

We reserve the right to close or suspend your account at any time for the following reasons. Without limiting the preceding sentence, the company shall be entitled to close or suspend your account if:
– you become bankrupt;
– if it is discovered that you have used the Platform in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
– the company considers that you have used the website in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated, or taken unfair advantage of the company including any promotions, Bonus offers or any of its customers;
– the company is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court;
– your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 365 days then your account shall be deemed to be dormant, your account will be closed.

If the company closes or suspends your account for any of the reasons referred to in (a) to (e) above, you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Us (together Claims) arising there from and shall indemnify and hold the company harmless on demand for such claims. In the circumstances referred to in (a) to (e) above, the company shall also be entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to the customer (including any winnings or bonus payments).


By depositing funds into your account, you direct us and we agree to hold them, along with any winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using them to place sporting stakes. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities where that is not your intention.

If funds were credited to a customer’s account in error, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the company without delay.

A customer will agree that the company shall be entitled to retain any interest which might accrue on monies held in Bengabet account.

Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder. Payments to third parties are not permitted.

We reserve the right to undertake reasonable diligence to verify the validity of any bets, wagers or winnings as a precondition to paying out any wins or permitting player withdrawals.

Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any Prohibited Activity. Should we determine that Prohibited Activity has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings which we reasonably believe are related to the Prohibited Activity.
Without limitations the following activities are considered as prohibited activity on our platform:
– The misuse of bugs, glitches or errors of the service.
– Any betting behaviour that we reasonably believe to be unusual, unfair or in bad faith, including but not limited to equivalent, zero or low margin bets or hedge bets.
– The placing of bets or transaction, whether individually or by syndication which when combined with any offer, promotion or agreement ensures a no risk position
– Use of BOT or any other form of artificial intelligence.
– The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games.
– Abusive chargeback activity.
– The Server or other servers, applications or other elements of the System are hacked, targeted or abused;

Bengabet Zambia is only available for Zambian Residents. If you are in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must refrain from accessing the platforms and transacting in any form.

General Rules Finance Rules
– Deposits cannot be withdrawn.
– Minimum pay-out withdrawal is thirty Zambian Kwacha (30 ZMW).
– Maximum pay-out withdrawal per day is ten thousand Zambian Kwacha (10,000 ZMW) unless otherwise stated.


For bets placed in our retail outlets, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of their original receipt or bet slip. Any defacement spoilage or loss of bet slips will be tantamount to a forfeiture of the stake as well as the winning as there will be no way to retrieve information included on the missing bet slip.

Bengabet reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested at its sole and absolute discretion without providing details or reasoning. All bets are placed at your own risk and discretion.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer. The company reserves the right to cancel any bet any time.

The maximum return per bet is sixty thousand Zambian Kwacha (60,000 ZMW)

Bets will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account. Bets will be classed as void if we have not received the payment, or the account is in a negative balance for any reason prior to the relevant event commencing.

Where any bet, terms of offer, Free Bet or promotion is breached or there is any suspicion or evidence of a bet or series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Bengabet reserves the right to delay payments in order to carry our an investigation and in their absolute discretion take appropriate action. This may include, cancellation of the bets, reclaim the bonus element of such offers settle bets at the correct odds, void the free and risk free bets or void any associated bet.

In addition, Bengabet reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the stake, deposit bonus, free bet, risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to us crediting any deposit, bonus, free bet, risk free bet or offer to their account.

All Bengabet offers are intended for recreational players and Bengabet may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

Bengabet reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any bet or promotion, where suspicious activities, which include, but not limited to taking advantage of system error, placing bets after the game result is known or games has kicked off / commenced, are suspected and proven.


Your computer equipment or mobile device and internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of the website. The company does not guarantee that the website will operate without faults or errors or that the Bengabet services will be provided without interruption. The company will not accept any liability for any failures or issues that arise due to your equipment, internet connection or internet or telecommunication service provider.

For customers using Bengabet on the move (including downloadable applications) for the placing of bets while noting that Bengabet will not be responsible for any damage or loss of data from the mobile device that the software is installed on, and will also not be responsible for any call, data or other charges incurred whilst using the software.

You must not use the platform for any purpose which (in Bengabet opinion) is illegal, defamatory, abusive or obscene, or which Bengabet considers discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest or inappropriate.

Bengabet reserves the right to- seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts via or in connection with the platform or any Bengabet product.

Bengabet actively monitors traffic to and from the platform. The company reserves the right in its sole discretion to block access where evidence indicative of automated or robotic activity is found. In such cases, the player account will be suspended pending investigation and review.

In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed or whether a bet has been placed, then the time at which it was recorded (if recorded) on our transactional log will govern settlement. If an attempted bet was not recorded on the transactional log, no bet shall be deemed to have been placed. You should check your Account balance each time you visit the Website.

From time to time, all or part of the Platform may be unavailable for use by you due to maintenance, alteration or amendment of any of the Platform products. We shall not be liable for any reason during this period.

Any commercial use or exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.


The company does not accept any liability for any damages, liabilities or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Platform or its content including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the website or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

You acknowledge and agree that in entering into and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Rules and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Website you do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty, understanding, promise or assurance (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person (whether party to this agreement or not) other than as expressly set out therein. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


The contents of the Platform are protected by Copyright Laws of Zambia and other intellectual property rights.

All product and company names and logos mentioned on the Platform are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including Bengabet.

Except to the extent required to use a product for the purpose of placing bets or transaction no part of the Platform may be reproduced or stored, modified, copied, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, by any means or in any manner, or included in any other website or in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service including text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our express prior written consent.


These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Platform constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede any previous agreement between the parties relating to their subject matter.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture or principal-agent relationship between the parties and no party shall have authority to bind any other in any way unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

Bengabet shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control including(without limitation) any telecommunications network failures, power failures, failures in third party computer hardware or software, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, severe weather, industrial disputes or lock-outs, terrorist activity and acts of government or other competent authorities. In such circumstances the time for performance shall be extended by a period equivalent to the period during which performance of the obligation has been delayed or failed to be performed.


Should there be any claim or dispute arising from a past or current transaction, please Contact Us. If Bengabet is unable to settle the dispute, it will refer the dispute to Arbitration whose decision will be final subject to full representation given to all parties involved. No dispute regarding any bet will result in litigation, court action or objection to a bookmaker’s license or permit unless the company fails to implement the decision given by arbitration.
